Lakin's Gorges take on a classic Bleu Cheese. Lightly veined with a perfect balance of tang and creaminess. The multi-hued rind provides a delicious peppery flavor.
Opus 42 is an aged semi-firm cheese that's buttery and nutty. The rind should be eaten as well to add earthy notes to each bite.
